This is meant for YOU to take better care of YOU. Inside incudes sections to focus on your mental, physical and emotional health. Also to work on affirmations / gratitude and improve you day to day life. The other side has a lined page where you can make a to do list, write thoughts, or anything you want.
Before I had kids I was really sick. Sicker than I ever let anyone know. I had Graves disease which is an autoimmune disease in your thyroid. I found out when I was 12. I did treatments with medicine but kept getting worse. Being so young I didn’t really think anything ”bad” could happen to me.
Well fast forward I kept getting worse. And then I was told I wouldn’t be able to have kids. I was DEVASTATED. So I changed my lifestyle. I started really taking care of myself. I had a blank journal I would write in every single day. The layout I would write stuff in was similar to this. And I 1000000% stand by this journal- I promise you will learn more about yourself is you do this consistently.
So anyways I started taking better care of myself. I started researching. I ended up getting thyroid cancer and having surgery to remove my whole thyroid (that’s why I have a scar on my neck)
I felt so much better after. my body was really killing itself but I kept taking care of myself physically and mentally. And my body noticed. My body thankfully got better. I felt 1000000% better. I seriously didn’t know what feeling “normal” was because I was sick for so long. and thankfully my body healed. And I got pregnant and got to become a mama x2
And I wanna keep taking care of myself. Because our babies need us. They need us to be healthy and okay. They want us healthy and happy- not to be perfect.
So that’s where the inspo for this came. I hope you love it
